SWAB Now Accepting Applications for ’21-’22

Interested in making a difference on campus? Want to elevate the voice of students? Curious how to apply principles of public health, education, social justice, community organizing at UMass?

The Student Wellbeing Advisory Board (S.W.A.B.)- a member of the Peer Health Ambassador Network- pursue solutions for individual and systemic wellbeing concerns facing students at UMass Amherst.

We are looking for students who can commit to two semesters in a volunteer position. The expected time commitment for members is 3-4 hours per week. Students can expect to learn community organizing principles, public health theory, health communication strategies, community assessment and topic specific information.

Complete the application by February 9th.
